I would like to announce that NEAO 2007 organizing committee
concluded that the following changes are inevitable.
1. Extension of the registration period.
Originally, the registration was going to end on September 28th but
we extended it to October 13th.
2. Registration and accommodation fee changes
Our first intent was to provide the participants with the best
condition at the minimum prices and we had worked hard to keep the
burden low as possible. However, we realized that it is impossible to
do so without proper amount of financial support from the
participants. So, now we separate the registration fee and
accommodation option and receive registration fee from every
participant of this event. Below are the new options. Additionally, I
received e-mails asking for availability of single occupancy rooms. I
am working on to negotiate the price with the hotel right now. I hope
I will give you good news very soon.
1. Three nights stay (9th ~ 11th of November)
1- a. on a twin room share basis : \ 150,000 Won per person
1- b. on a triple room share basis : \ 120,000 Won per person**
1- c. on a quad room share basis : \ 100,000 Won per person**
2. Two nights stay (9th ~ 10th of November)
2 - a. on a twin room share basis : \ 110,000 Won per person
2 - b. on a triple room share basis : \ 90,000 Won per person**
2 - c. on a quad room share basis : \ 80,000 Won per person**
d. Registration fee without hotel: \ 30,000 Won per person
** As there are limited numbers of available quad/triple rooms,
option b. and c will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
